By accessing vertitask.com or working with VertiTask, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Services

VertiTask provides virtual assistant services specifically designed for tech founders. All service details, scope, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before engagement begins.

2. Booking & Communication

Discovery calls can be scheduled through Google Calendar or by emailing hello@vertitask.com.
We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

3. Payments

All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are sent via a secure payment platform. Late payments may delay services or incur a fee.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule a call with 24 hours’ notice. Refunds for completed work are not provided unless agreed otherwise. If you’re unhappy, we’ll work with you to make it right.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom materials created by VertiTask remain our property until full payment is received. After that, rights transfer to the client, unless noted otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

VertiTask is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our site or services. We do our best, but tech happens.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site or our services indicates your acceptance.
